About Recruitment

• The Department of Local Self Government Rajasthan has announced 24,752 Sanvida Safai Karmachari vacancies under Advertisement No. 01/2026.
• The vacancies are distributed across 183 Urban Local Bodies in Rajasthan.
• Candidates must have at least 1 year of sanitation work experience in an urban local body of Rajasthan.
• No specific educational qualification has been prescribed for the post.
• The age limit is 21 to 40 years as on 1 January 2027, subject to applicable age relaxation rules.
• Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs. 7,410/-.

Eligibility

• The applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan.
• At least 1 year of sanitation work experience in an urban local body of Rajasthan is required.
• No specific educational qualification is prescribed.

Application Fee

• The OTR registration fee is Rs. 600/- for General category candidates.
• The OTR registration fee is Rs. 400/- for reserved category and Divyangjan candidates.
• Candidates who have already paid the OTR fee in an earlier recruitment do not need to pay it again.

Important Instructions

• A candidate can apply to only one urban local body.
• Offline applications will not be accepted.
• Experience certificates must be issued on or after 1 August 2026 and before the last date of application.
• Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate and undergo police verification before final appointment.
