Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing of clients and primary verification of credentials
• Conducting Compulsory Group Training
• Data entry in CRIF and CMS portals
• Accompanying Branch Manager for Group Recognition Test and CSE during pre-disbursement activities
• Ensuring disbursement, generating demand, and following up for recovery and collections
• Remitting collections in designated bank(s) and reporting daily details to ABM/BM
• Maintaining and filing essential documents

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid driving license and ownership of a motorcycle
• Ability to read, write, and speak the local language and English
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits, client identification, and collection duties
