About Recruitment

• Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space, Government of India, has announced 92 Scientist/Engineer 'SC' vacancies through the ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board (ICRB).
• Vacancies are available in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Civil, Electrical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Architecture disciplines.
• Eligible candidates can apply online from 01 August 2026 to 17 August 2026.
• Candidates are required to possess the relevant BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification, or a Bachelor's degree in Architecture for the Architecture post, with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
• A valid GATE score in the relevant discipline is required for the Scientist/Engineer 'SC' vacancies.
• The maximum age limit is 28 years as on 17 August 2026, with applicable age relaxation for eligible categories.

Educational Qualification

• Electronics: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10.
• Mechanical: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10.
• Computer Science: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10.
• Civil: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10.
• Electrical: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10.
• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or allied electives/core subject, with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10.
• Architecture: Bachelor's degree in Architecture with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10 and valid Registration Certificate from the Council of Architecture.

Salary

• Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix.
• Minimum basic pay is ₹56,100 per month.
• Additional allowances include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and Transport Allowance.
• Other benefits include medical facilities, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility, Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance and House Building Advance, as per applicable Central Government orders.

• Age relaxation is applicable to various categories as per the official notification.
