• Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) has released an official recruitment notification (Advt No. SPON/7041/Adv0283 DATED 22.07.2026) for 1 Research Associate-I post on a contractual basis.
• Candidates holding a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nanotechnology, or a closely related discipline are eligible.
• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible to apply for this vacancy.
• Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of ₹54,200 per month.

Educational Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nanotechnology, or a closely related discipline (or thesis submitted candidates).
• Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward.
• Minimum 55% or equivalent grade in Class 10th and Class 12th.

Remuneration

• Rs. 54,200 Per Month (Contractual Basis)
