About Recruitment
- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a short notification for recruitment to Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Clerical Cadre posts under CRP CSA-XVI.

- 2Click on the 'CRP CSA' section on the homepage and select 'CRP CSA XVI'.
- 3Click on 'Click Here for New Registration' and complete basic registration to generate a Registration ID and Password.
- 4Log in between 1 August 2026 and 21 August 2026, and fill out the detailed online application form accurately.
- 5Upload required scanned documents, including photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and 10th certificate.
- 6Pay the prescribed application fee via online payment options (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
- 7Submit the application form and print a copy of the final application receipt for future reference.
