About Recruitment

• CSIR-Institute of Genomics & Integrative Biology (CSIR IGIB), New Delhi has invited online applications for 02 posts of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).
• Candidates who have passed 10th Standard (SSC) or equivalent from a recognized board are eligible to apply.
• The upper age limit is 25 years as on the last date of application, with age relaxations applicable as per rules (5 years for SC, up to 35/40 years for eligible women categories).
• Selected candidates will be placed under Pay Level-1 (Rs. 18,000 - 56,900) with approximate gross emoluments of Rs. 36,360/- per month including Delhi HRA.

Exam Pattern Details

• Mode of Exam: OMR Based Objective Type MCQ
• Total Questions: 100
• Total Duration: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
• Sections Covered: General Intelligence (25 Qs / 75 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude (25 Qs / 75 Marks), General Awareness (50 Qs / 150 Marks), English Language (50 Qs / 150 Marks)
• Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer

General Instructions

• Only one application per candidate will be accepted; if multiple applications are submitted, the latest completed application will be considered.
• Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of two years.
• The posts carry All India Service Liability (AISL).
