The RBI has recently announced new rules on ATM withdrawals

 The RBI has recently announced new rules on ATM withdrawals. According to the new rules, there will be a charge of Rs 21 instead of Rs 20 for any number of transactions after the free limit of one month. And this will be effective from January 1, 2022. Free Limit: The bank that has the account gets 5 free transactions per month which includes both financial and non-financial. In addition, 3 free transactions are available from other bank ATMs in metro center cities and 5 free transactions from 5 other bank ATMs in non-metro. The interchange fee has been increased from Rs 5 to Rs 6 for non-financial transactions. As well as for financial transactions it has been increased from Rs 15 to Rs 17 which will be applicable from 1st August 2021.

 The Asia University Rankings 2021 recently released by Times Higher Education.  This ranking includes a total of 3 universities in India in Top 100 In this ranking, IISC Bangalore is ranked 37th, IIT Roper is ranked 55th and IIT Indore is ranked 78th. In this ranking, Tsinghua University, China is ranked first, Peking University, China is ranked second and Singapore Varsities of Singapore is ranked third.

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals has recently been released. India ranked 117th

 A report on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals has recently been released. In this ranking, India's ranking has gone down 2 positions compared to last year. This year, India is ranked 117th in the rankings while last year, India was ranked 115th. A total of 193 UN countries met in 2015 to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Under which by the year 2030 each country will strive to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. The total number of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals is 17. India also lags behind 4 South Asian countries Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Ranjitsinh Deesale has been appointed as the World Bank's Education Advisor.

 Recently, Ranjitsinh Deesale has been appointed as the World Bank's Education Advisor. He is a native of the state of Maharashtra. He was also honored with the Global Teacher Award in the year 2020 and became the first Indian to receive this award. He is currently serving as the World Bank's Education Advisor from June 2021 to June 2024.

12 clusters have been inaugurated by Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar in the first phase of the Horticulture Cluster Development Program.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the PM Care for Children scheme.

 Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Bhai Modi announced the PM Care for Children scheme. Under this scheme, the Central Government will bear all the expenses of the child who has lost both his / her mother and father during Covid 19 from education to accommodation and meals. Under this scheme, the government will bear all the school expenses of the children who have lost their parents. The cost of educating the children in government as well as private schools will be paid through this scheme. The government will also bear the expenses like textbooks, uniforms etc. After the child turns 18, the government will deposit a stipend in the child's account every month from 18 to 23 years. (Amount of amount not yet disclosed) When the child turns 23, the government will give him Rs 10 lakh

Government of Gujarat has launched a Mukhya Mantri Bal Seva Yojana for children whose parents have died during the Korona period.

Recently, the Government of Gujarat has launched a Mukhya Mantri Bal Seva Yojana for children whose parents have died during the Korona period. Under this scheme, if both the mother and father of the child have died due to coronary heart disease, the child will be given Rs. 4000 per month till the age of 18 years. If the child continues his studies after the age of 18, he will be given assistance of Rs. 6000 per month for 21 years. 6000 per month will be given to such children for 24 years if they continue their studies for higher studies i.e. after graduation. The income limit will not be considered for this scheme.

 A new species of spider cricket has recently been discovered in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. This species has been found from Kurra Cave in the state of Chhattisgarh. This species has been named Jayanti. This newly discovered species of spider cricket has been named after a professor named Jayant Biswas. This species of spider cricket has been discovered by the scientists of Punjab University.

Colonel Punjab Singh honored by Virchakra Pass Away

Colonel Punjab Singh honored by Virchakra Pass Away  Death of Colonel Punjab Singh, honored by Virchakra Colonel Punjab Singh, who was recently honored with Virchakra , has passed away. He played an important role in the battle of the Poonch. Poonch is the name of a place in Jammu and Kashmir where Pakistan was trying to occupy during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani war. In the year 1967, he was posted in the 6th Battalion of the Sikh Regiment. During this war, the Sikhs also carried out an operation called Operation Cactus Green. Colonel Punjab Singh played an important role in this war. He was born in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India.

ICGS Sajag Commissioned into the Indian Coast Guard by National Security Adviser Ajit Doval.  The Indian Coast Guard's ship Sajag has recently been Commissioned into the Indian Coast Guard by National Security Adviser Ajit Doval. The ICGS Alert is an offshore patrol vessel type vessel useful for maritime surveillance. The ship has been constructed by Goa Shipyard Limited. A total of 5 offshore patrol vessels are being constructed by Goa Shipyard Limited out of which this is the third offshore patrol vessel to be inducted into the Coast Guard.   Name of the five-Off shore patrol vessel ICGS observant ICGS Sujit ICGS alert ICGS makes sense ICGS enabled India's first Coast Guard Academy will be set up at Mangalore in Karnataka. ICSS Vikram, ICGS Vijay, ICGS Veera, ICGS Varah, ICGS Varad, ICGS Vajra etc. are also being built by Larsen & Toubro for the Indian Coast Guard. Natarajan is currently the Chief of the Indian Coast Guard.

Bird Flu First Human Case of H10N3 (avian influenza) was reported in Jiangsu Province, China. Recently, the first case of bird flu called H10N3 was reported in Jiangsu Province, China. A 41-year-old man has been diagnosed with the bird flu virus (H10N3), according to data released by China's National Health Commission. And at present he is healthy and the possibility of human-to-human transmission of the virus is negligible. Bird flu is also known as avian influenza. Avian influenza is a viral disease which is divided into 2 categories LPAI (Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza) and HPAI (High Pathogenic Avian Influenza). Just as there are many strains of corona virus, there are also many strains of bird flu including H5N1, H7N3, H7N9, H9N2 etc. The world's first transmission of bird flu was caused by a virus called H5N1, which spread to Hong Kong in 1997.
