Shri Sudhakar Dalela appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan Shri Sudhakar Dalela (IFS : 1993), presently Deputy Chief of Mission in the Embassy of India, Washington, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly. In addition, Shri Ramu Abbagni was recently appointed as the new Ambassador of India to the Republic of Haiti. 6th Deputy National Security Adviser Level Meeting of the Colombo Security Conclave

The Colombo Security Conclave was recently held in Kochi, Kerala, India.The sixth Colombo Security Conclave was held in the year 2022.The Colombo Security Conclave was joined by countries like Maldives, Mauritius, Sri Lanka and India. Bangladesh and Seychelles joined as observer countries. The Member States of the Colombo Security Conclave comprising India, Maldives, Mauritius and Sri Lanka, successfully concluded the 6th Deputy National Security Adviser level meeting held on 7 July 2022 hosted by the National Security Council Secretariat of India in Kochi.  Delegations from Bangladesh and Seychelles participated as Observers. The RBI has recently announced new rules on ATM withdrawals

 The RBI has recently announced new rules on ATM withdrawals. According to the new rules, there will be a charge of Rs 21 instead of Rs 20 for any number of transactions after the free limit of one month. And this will be effective from January 1, 2022. Free Limit: The bank that has the account gets 5 free transactions per month which includes both financial and non-financial. In addition, 3 free transactions are available from other bank ATMs in metro center cities and 5 free transactions from 5 other bank ATMs in non-metro. The interchange fee has been increased from Rs 5 to Rs 6 for non-financial transactions. As well as for financial transactions it has been increased from Rs 15 to Rs 17 which will be applicable from 1st August 2021.
